Beverly Hills News – BHHS Principal Paysinger Drops Request For Punitive Damages

Beverly Hills High School Principal Carter Principal has dropped two “key parts” of the lawsuit he filed against the Beverly Hills Unified School District, BHUSD attorney Fred Fenster with Greenberg Glusker confirmed this week.
“These most recent revisions to the lawsuit demonstrate the weakness of the overall claim against the district and we will continue to defeat these baseless accusations,” Fenster said.
On July 16, Paysinger originally filed suit in Federal District Court for damages against the BHUSD and Board of Education member Lewis Hall. He alleged discrimination and demanded a trial by jury.
