“Charlie” is Safely Returned After Celebrity Social Media Campaign

 On January 28, 2015, Charlie, a local maltese known to the community was stolen from the 200 Block of South Beverly Drive. Surveillance video from a business showed that a lady with a child picked up Charlie and fled the area.
