The Friends of Greystone hosted the first-ever Beverly Hills High School Senior Movie Night at Greystone Mansion Saturday, featuring National Treasure: Book of Secrets, a Nicolas Cage film, which featured the mansion in one of the scenes.
Cage, it turns out, was also a student at BHHS, joining the ranks of many Hollywood personalities, such as Angelina Jolie and Carrie Fisher.
Vice Mayor Julian Gold joined the group for a Saturday night date to beat-all-dates.
The movie was shown in the Grand Living Room. The guests were directed to the site where Conner, Abigails’s date, drives her up to the front door, filmed in the courtyard of the Mansion as Benjamin Gates and Abigail Chase’s mansion.
A good time was had by all, seeing the historic mansion which was the scene of its own drama involving the murder of Edward Doheny and has secretary.
