Beverly Hills News – Beverly Hills Post Office Ends Year With More Customer Woes

Despite a host of promises and assurances from representatives of the United States Postal Service, The Courier continues to receive complaints about the Beverly Hills Post Office, deliveries and Postmaster Koala Fuller, who evidently, still cannot get her phones to work.

One of the most concerning stories was residents lamenting that the Beverly Hills Post Office had closed at noon on Christmas Eve, earlier than most other L.A. post offices, which closed around 5 p.m.

    ….Re: Beverly Hills Post Office ongoing problems.

    I DO NOT GET MY BILLS….I get letters from Credit Card Companies telling me that I have NOT paid….and are charging me overdue fees. I GET other people’s mail, (I suppose) they get mine – but I do not receive competant mail delivery. I HAVE A MAIL SLOT – This should be used for ALL mail.

    BEVERLY HILLS PLEASE, PLEASE, HANDLE THIS PROBLEM. IT IS GETTING WORSE & not going away….!!!
