Posted: Tuesday, June 21, 2016 – 2:06 PM

The Beverly Hills Department of Public Works will be holding a Water Wise Landscaping workshop this Saturday morning 9-11 a.m. at the Public Works building.

The workshop will focus on efficient irrigation and the City’s Water Tracker.

For those who are considering re-tooling their irrigation systems this is a perfect opportunity to learn all the basic fundamentals of irrigation systems and then some. The City’s public works staff will be providing invaluable information that will make it much easier to choose the system that fits your needs.

In addition, staff is offering a “water-tracking training,” empowering consumers to make good choices based on the facts about their water usage.

The City’s revolutionary water tracker system allows every customer to see exactly how much water they are using, to track spikes and detect leaks, and to map out a realistic plan to stay within their water resource limits.
