This year, Teri Austin and the Amanda Foundation are back bigger than ever with BowWow Beverly Hills, the premier costumed event that takes place at 2 Rodeo Drive to support their efforts to provide low-cost spay and neuter, adoptions and pet health care for animals in some of the area’s most underserved neighborhoods.
Located directly across from Beverly Hills’ brand new Community Dog Park, the organization has raised thousands of dollars at their annual gala with wicked auctions, mysterious themed-cocktails and a sensational doggie Costume Parade that will have everyone howling in laughter!
This year the theme is Bond, James Bond, the iconic spy we love so much! Come as Sean Collie, Timothy Dachshund, or Roger Maltese? A villain or a Bond girl, or ???
The evening entertainment includes a host of fine small bites, an evening of Black Jack and Casino gambling (How Bond-ish!) or a killer silent auction. And then there is that doggie costume contest and the Halloween Cocktail Event: The Moonraker Martini!
General Admission is $60 in advance an $75 at the door. VIP tickets are $200. Valet parking at 2 Rodeo Drive is $7, entrance on Burton Way.
So get your Austin Martin shined and waxed and join the fun, Oct. 30, 7-10:30. For more information and tickets visit www.amandafoundation.org or call 310-550-0101.
