Beverly Hills City Council Candidates Pull Papers For March 2017 Election

The 2017 Beverly Hills City Council election race officially kicked off Monday when several candidates pulled papers with City Clerk Byron Pope.

Those who paid Pope a visit to begin their candidacy included: Vice Mayor Nancy Krasne; Recreation and Parks Commissioner Frances Bilak; City Treasurer Eliot Finkel; Traffic & Parking Commissioner Lester Friedman; Beverly Hills resident Vera Markowitz; local attorney Robert Weinstein; and Metropolitan Water District Board of Directors member Robert Wunderlich.
