BHPD Captain Rosen Claims City Discriminated Based On Religion, Age In Lawsuit

In a complaint filed on March 21 in the Superior Court of the State of California for the County of Los Angeles, Beverly Hills Police Captain Mark Rosen claims the City of Beverly Hills acted with discrimination against him and unnamed defendants, and that he was reassigned because he is Jewish and over 40 years old, which is repeated no less than 30 times.
