Beverly Hills Gets Strict On Marijuana, Banning Any Commercial Sales

Anyone with hopes of operating a marijuana-related business in Beverly Hills anytime soon saw their dreams go up in smoke at Tuesday’s Beverly Hills City Council meeting.
The City Council voted 4-0 – with Councilmember John Mirisch not present – to strengthen its existing marijuana ordinance, officially prohibiting any marijuana dispensaries, stores, co-ops or cultivation operations from operating within Beverly Hills.
