Thalians Hold ‘Bash’ For Vets

At The Thalians “10th Anniversary Backyard Bash,” the charity presented a $250,000 check to its prime beneficiary UCLA’s Operation Mend, which provides mental health services to wounded war veterans.
Held in the home of Operation Mend Founder Ron Katz, MSNBC host/author Willie Geist served as emcee. Entertainment was provided by The Operation Mend All Star Band, with special guest singer Billy Idol.
