Beverly Hills News – Amanda Foundation to Celebrate Cat Adoptions with Cat-Lebrities and Free Lunch Wednesday

Posted: Tuesday, October 24, 2017 – 5:50 PM

If you are thinking of adopting a furry feline of your own soon, Wednesday just might be the day. Tomorrow, the Amanda Foundation, in conjunction with Fresh Step Cat Litter, will take you to lunch with a snuggle and a whisker from Amanda cats waiting for adoption.

Join the Amanda Foundation for lunch in advance of National Cat Day (10/29) for the launch of Fresh Step’s latest campaign. In an effort to help more shelter cats get adopted, social media celebrity magician Zach King and #lovewall muralist James Goldcrown will share their tributes to cat love. King will showcase the magic of cat adoption through the debut of his most recent video featuring cat-lebrity Prince Michael. Goldcrown will unveil his latest mural featuring his signature hearts along with adorable cats on the shelter wall. Snap a photo of the mural and share on Instagram for a chance to win $500 for you and 1,000 Fresh Step Paw Points for a shelter of your choice. The magic of adoption will extend into the weekend with fee-waived cat adoptions made possible by Fresh Step litter. Food trucks, treats, and entertainment provided.

Besides Cat-lebrity Prince Michael, there will be a cadre of Instagram favorite kitties on hand to shake your paw.

Amanda cats will be there with bells on their paws hoping to purr their way right into your heart. There will be a free lunch, provided by Pico House, as well. Just RSVP to FreshStep@pdcpr.netk and let them know how many friends you are bringing to take home one of these adorable feline companions.

The event is from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the Amanda Foundation, located at 351 Foothill Road, Beverly Hills (across from the Dog Park).

Post a photo in front of the mural with #CatLuv #contest to win.
