Cultural Heritage Commission To Consider Multi-Family Landmark, Plus Kate Mantilini’s New Tenant

The Beverly Hills Cultural Heritage Commission (CHC) will meet January 10 to discuss the potential nomination for inclusion onto the Register of Historic Properties of a multi-family dwelling located at 157 S. Crescent Dr., and to discuss the adoption of a resolution to consider a Certificate of Appropriateness for the adaptive re-use of the Gibraltar Square – Kate Mantilini Building for a new tenant, First Bank, at the location.
