City Council To Ponder Future Of Electric Scooters

Love them or hate them, electric scooters have sped into the public right of way in an unavoidable wave of participation, leaving many people wondering where they came from.
These scooters – largely owned by companies Bird and Lime – are the latest shared mobility devices to hit the streets, meeting a need where bikeshares left off. Their popularity is undeniable and with that, they have become a public nuisance.
