Beverly Hills City Council Bans The Sale Of Flavored Tobacco Products

The Beverly Hills City Council voted 5-0 to ban the sale of flavored tobacco products Tuesday, including menthol cigarettes, flavored cigar products, and any tobacco product that “produces characterizing flavor.”
A “tobacco product” is any product derived for human consumption including chewing tobacco and smokeless tobacco, cigarillos, hookah tobacco, electronic cigarettes and smoking devices, and the solutions used for those devices and accessories expected to be used with a tobacco product.
