The Peninsula Beverly Hills Files Appeal On Friars Club Project

On Monday, The Peninsula Beverly Hills’ Robert Zarnegin filed an appeal of a decision by the Planning Commission for the property located at 9908 S. Santa Monica Blvd., also known as the Friars Club project, a mixed-use condominium development.
On Sept. 13 in a 3-2 vote, the Planning Commission voted to recommend the approval of a Zone Change and a Zone Text Amendment for a Mixed Use Planned Development Overlay Zone, for a condominium development in the City’s commercial district.
