Every week, the Courier, in conjunction with the Pet Care Foundation, selects several cats and dogs waiting to be adopted or fostered at the West Los Angeles Shelter, located at 11361 West Pico Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90064. Call them at 888-452-7381 and ask for these great pets by their ID numbers, or visit the website and see all the fantastic animals awaiting adoption at www.laanimalservices.com. For people not ready to adopt or foster, consider volunteering or donating – the shelter always needs linens, beds and other staples, as well as financial assistance.
