Beverly Hills residents came seeking answers Wednesday evening when Writers Bloc Presents founder Andrea Grossman created a panel of experts to discuss what homeowners can do to address water issues.
Panelists included Bill McDonnell, efficiency manger for the Metropolitan Water District; Pamela Berstler of Green Gardens Group (G3); Pioneer Hardware Manager Ryan Hudson; and former Beverly Hills Mayor Dr. Charles Aronberg at Temple Emanuel School Auditorium.
The evening was the first in a series of several discussions as the City of Beverly Hills and residential water customers seek ways to reach the 32-percent cutbacks. Residents must cut 30-percent
“This is about something quite urgent. There’s just no water,” said Grossman.
McDonnell showed slides of the receding Sierra snowpack and lakes around the state.
