Members of the Beverly Hills Police Department’s Baker to Vegas Relay Team and the Vahagn Setian Charitable Foundation extend an invitation to all to join them Sunday in the 6th annual Vahagn Setian Memorial 5K Run/Walk Sunday at 8:30 a.m.
The event commemorates the life of a young member of the community whose life was cut short by the actions of a drunk driver. The 5K Run/Walk are to be symbols of good life choices with positive outcomes and possibilities.
The run is a community activity to reach out to residents of all ages. Runners can compete for prizes or participate with family and friends by walking. There will be live jazz music at the conclusion of the race at the Beverly Hills Farmers’ Market.
There is no cost to register – but participants are encouraged to pre-register online at email@example.com or register on the day of the race.
Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. in the lower section of the Police Department’s Palm court, located adjacent to the police station. Parking is at the Crescent parking lot adjacent to the Beverly Hills Public Library (two hours free).
