Beverly Hills Mayor Lili Bosse will take Walk with the Mayor participants to the newest sortie into healthy eating in Beverly Hills, visiting “Gratitude,” the newest addition to the Café Gratitude family, and to the Marc Selwyn Fine Art Gallery, the repurposed home of Al Grimmett & Sons Automotive Shop, now the home of a fine stable of renowned artists.

“Gratitude” will offer diners the fine vegan fare they have come to love at their other locations, but with a more “elevated experience” than its well-known Venice counterpart. The same diary-free, organic produce by chef Dreux Ellis will be accompanied with the fine line of cocktails under Jason Eisner. But this experience will be tailored for the type of dining experience on Canon Drive that has revived the Beverly Hills restaurant scene, making it one of the hottest spots in Los Angeles.

Marc Selwyn Fine Art has become the cornerstone of the revival of Southwest Santa Monica Blvd., with the excellent repurposing of the iconic brick building Beverly Hills residents have known for decades as Al Grimmett & Sons.

Now, it is filled with art to pleasure the soul, exhibiting Kristen Morgin, in the bright, modern interior masked by the brick façade.

The walk, which will be 3.5 miles, is part of the Mayor’s #bhhealthycity initiative, promoting Beverly Hills as the world’s healthiest City, nurturing friends and residents with exercise, healthy eats and soul-loving art.

Everyone is encouraged to join Walk with the Mayor by just showing up on the Crescent steps of City Hall at 8:30 a.m. Mondays. Wear comfortable walking shoes and be prepared to meet your neighbors, network with new contacts and experience the City of Beverly Hills “up close and personal,” as hundreds of like-minded people join Mayor Bosse!

“Monday is my favorite day!” says Bosse.

Parking is available free on Rexford Drive next to the library.
