Get into the vibe of health this Monday and renew your innermost self with Down Dogs at the Beverly Hills Flagship store for Alo Yoga and enjoy the luxurious fragrances from the new Jo Malone London Boutique on Brighton Way for this week’s walk with Mayor Lili Bosse #BHHealthyCity!

Walk with the Mayor will renew your soul with whimsical fragrances by Jo Malone created to transport us through the sensory experience to our most cherished places. With scents designed to cross the gender barrier, the unconventional elements combine to transform synergistically into something unexpected and personal. This will be an adventure for walkers, taking the essence of aroma to another level. Be prepared for an unrivaled sensory experience of delightfully healing fragrances.

Hold that pose!  Yoga is a combination of physical, mental and spiritual practices that originated in ancient India with schools in Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism, and branches including Hatha Yoga and Raja Yoga.

In the United States, yoga has become so popular that it is even being taught in grade school. An entire fashion industry has emerged to embrace the expressions of health and well-being the practice creates.

The Vedic traditions have long been recognized as promoting inner health and well-being, spiritually as well as physically and Alo Yoga has elevated yoga style to meet Beverly Hills fashion. The beautiful flagship store includes a rooftop reception area, a coffee bar and an adventure into great yoga-wear! Get inspired to Shavasana!

Walk with the Mayor is part of Mayor Bosse’s signature initiative, Beverly Hills Healthy City, promoting healthy people, healthy souls and healthy businesses.

Every Monday, more than 200 residents and friends join Mayor Bosse on weekly adventures through the City of Beverly Hills, visiting businesses, parks, historic sites and other points of interest in an exploration of the City. The walks provide unprecedented access to the City’s highest elected official in an informal setting… It is also a great way to get to know your neighbors and your City while exercising.

Bring the kids, bring the dog (leashed) and meet your neighbors and friends in a new kind of healthy community event.

“Monday is my favorite day of the week!” says Bosse. Later this week, Bosse will be speaking at the US Conference of Mayors.

To join Walk With The Mayor, show up on the Crescent steps of City Hall at 8:30 a.m. with walking shoes on. Free parking is available next door to the library on Rexford Drive.
