On the surface, Beverly Hills High School’s athletic department seems like it should have everything going for it – a strong athletic alumni association, solid funding and plenty of community support. Not to mention a boys basketball team coming off a CIF Southern Section championship.
So exactly why is it that nobody appears to want the job of leading the athletic program?
The revolving door of BHHS athletics leadership will continue next year, after Athletic Director Wanda Szeremeta confirmed to The Courier that she will step down at the end of the year.
