Last week, the City of Beverly Hills released the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) that will govern the construction of Section Two of the Purple Line Extension, commonly referred to as the Wilshire/Rodeo Station, highlighting key elements in a press release.
For 18 months, the City staff has been negotiating with Metro representatives and stakeholders through regular meetings and public forums to discuss the upcoming construction that will take place in Beverly Hills.
The purpose of the MOA is to establish terms and conditions for the Metro construction project, including work hours, mitigation measures and other aspects of the project that impact the City.
