Beverly Hills’ revised Rent Stabilization Ordinance (RSO), an urgency ordinance which was approved last January, is moving forward.
Under the ordinance, landlords are required to register their rental units with the City; rental prices were to be verified by tenants, and the maximum rent increase allowed is three percent per year.
