On Wednesday morning, the kindergartners at Beverly Vista could not have been more excited as they received their very own iPads. Indeed, the 22 students in Joyce Medway’s class could not stop giggling as they were instructed in their first lesson: the art of the selfie.
“Now I want you to make a silly face!” instructed Karla Mulholland, the district’s technology TOSA who had just walked the kids through using the camera. “Make the silliest face you can!”
