The Beverly Wilshire debuted a life-size gingerbread house this week, just in time for the holidays. The ornate 8-by-12 foot gingerbread house, created by Executive Pastry Chef Chris Ford, is not only large enough to walk into, it’s also mostly edible. The entire roof is made of 40 gallons of marshmallow and over 1,000 gingerbread cookies cover the house in a mosaic pattern. Want to take a look inside, where there are sweet handmade treats available for purchase? Visit the lobby of the historic hotel at the cusp of Rodeo and Wilshire in Beverly Hills.
