The beautiful two-story building at the corner of Rodeo Drive and South Santa Monica Boulevard, which is currently the home of Brooks Brothers, has been listed with Jay Luchs of Newmark Knight Frank for $300 million; $13,482 per square foot.
The anchor location at 468 N. Rodeo Drive is on the market for the first time. It has been in a family trust for over 50 years. “It’s a family decision,” said Robbie Anderson, whose great grandmother founded the Beverly Hills Hotel.
Luchs was unavailable for comment at deadline.
The property offers 100 feet of frontage on Rodeo Drive, 150 feet of frontage on South Santa Monica Boulevard and a combined 22, 250 square feet of space that could be redeveloped to 30,000 square feet.
