Beverly Hills Police Chief Sandra Spagnoli is flanked by the newest officers sworn to sergeant positions at the Beverly Hills Police Recognition Ceremony Thursday at City Hall. Pictured, from left: Sergeant Anthony Adams, Matthew Stout, Eric Hyon, Spagnoli, Eric Olson, Eugene Kim, Emma Nica (promoted to Executive Assistant 1) and Maria Lara (promoted to Administrative Coordinator.) Police Service Awards were also given to (not pictured) retiring Record Supervisor Flora Flowers, Property Officer Nina Galvan, Traffic Control Officer Irwin Salgado and Police Sergeant Brian Weir. Police Officer Christophe Lelong, Communications Dispatcher Elizabeth Velasco, Police Officers Alex Kale and Marcus Moloznik and Police Officer Andrew Myers were recognized with Lifesaving Award Merit Pins. Patrol Officer of the Quarter was given to Officer Paul Kim, Officer Michael McKessy and Officer Dmitriy Starkov. Finally, the Chief’s Award went to civilians Jeffrey Evans and Jacob Manaster.
