The Maple Counseling Center’s (TMCC) fourth annual Soul Cycle fundraiser featured two rides earlier this month. Through the involvement of Media Cox a team of crew and cast members from the NBC show Chicago Med rode in Chicago. Locally, members of the Second AME Zion Church Young Adult Missionary Society (YAMS) rode in Beverly Hills. Above (from left) are participants: Dominesha Sledge, Linda Henry-Johnson (YAMS coordinator), Marcy Kaplan (TMCC CEO), Nina Wellington, Shuanna Kent, Danielle Buford and Kimberly Pinder. Proceeds benefit the TMCC’s counseling programs for people of all ages at its BH headquarters, in local schools, and in partnership with other community organizations.
