KidUnity, an after school program that takes local youth to different places in the City to learn how professionals do their jobs, had a productive session this week at the Greystone Demonstration Garden. Students learned gardening, organic methods, the practice of water conservation, and were empowered to take on the cause to help raise awareness for revitalizing Greystone’s garden area.  Pictured, back row (from left): George Pessin, publisher of School Garden Weekly; Barbara Linder, founder of the Greystone Demonstration Garden; Debby Figoni, water conservationist for the City of Beverly Hills; Sienna Nazarian; Carys Woolley; Michael Coleman; and Stacy Marks, founder/director Beverly Hills KidUnity.
