Her delivery was sharp and well-rehearsed, seasoned through the long, miserable years of the 405 freeway widening Project. Kasey Shuda, wearing cobalt blue pumps paid for with your tax dollars, ground her heel into the floor at the new Roxbury Park Community Center, and raced through Metro’s traffic plans for utility relocation of Section 2 of the Purple Line Extension Wednesday.
