As part of their campaign to provide excellent service for their clients, Rena Ware recently unveiled a series of “use and care” videos. Designed to help customers take advantage of the many unique features of their products, Rena Ware evolved the concept for the videos based on the most frequently asked questions, encountered by the company’s customer service staff, in various service centers around the world.
“Rena Ware is committed to providing the best service for our customers,” said June Sweetser, Rena Ware’s Vice President of Marketing. “We receive emails every day from people who have been enjoying their Rena Ware cookware for 20, 30, 50 and even 60 years. In addition to providing heartwarming testimonials about how much they love our products, they often have questions about proper use. Having these videos available on DVD and on our website helps us reach many more people, making it easier for all Rena Ware customers to learn more about our unique products.”
“Use and care” videos are currently available for Rena Ware’s cookware, pressure cooker, induction cooker and juicer. The four videos will be the first in the series, with additional videos planned for future release. Each video will include comprehensive information on how to use the products, instructions on assembly, cleaning and other maintenance, troubleshooting tips as well as special topics applicable to the specific product, such as “water-less” and stack cooking and safety.
Rena Ware’s “use and care” videos were developed jointly by Brandmotif Creative Agency and VMG studio520, the same partnership that produced Rena Ware’s two 34th Annual Telly Award winning videos in the Non-Broadcast Productions category: “Rena Ware – a Family Tradition” and “Rena Ware, Join the Family” – Unlimited Opportunity”. Customers and others interested in learning about the products may watch the videos online at www.renaware.com by selecting “Customer Service”, then “Product Support”. Links to the full video, as well as to the video’s individual chapters, are shown on the Use & Care webpage for each of the products.
