Longtime Beverly Hills orthopaedic surgeon Dr. Ilan Tamir recently returned from a trip to Puerto Princesa, the underground river in Palawan, Philippines. From there, he visited and did some scuba diving in El-Nido Islands Group in Palawan. El-Nido has been voted as one of the most beautiful islands in the world.
