Two men were arrested Sunday on suspicion of carjacking a Rolls Royce in Beverly Hills, the Beverly Hills Police said in a press release.

The blue Rolls Royce was reported carjacked at 8:40 p.m. in the 600 block of North Maple Drive, said Beverly Hills Police Lt. Lincoln Hoshino.

Two male suspects were armed with a handgun and demanded property and keys from the driver.

Patrol officers spotted the car shortly after it was stolen and the suspects crashed it and bailed out at Wilshire Boulevard and Oakhurst Drive, the BHPD’s release said. A containment was set up and one suspect was found inside the perimeter.

A ping from the victim’s stolen cellphone helped officers find the second suspect in the Pico Boulevard-Beverly Drive area..

BHPD arrested 19-year-old Juan Antonio Galvan of Los Angeles and a 16-year-old juvenile in connection with the carjacking.
