Firetrucks, tours of the station, antique cars and music from members of the UCLA marching band will be part of the annual Pancake Breakfast and open house from 8:30 a.m. to noon, Sunday, May 21 at the Fire Station #71, 107 S. Beverly Glen Blvd., at Sunset and Beverly Glen.
Raffle prizes (tickets are $5) include a family dinner at the station and diamond jewelry donated by Yossi Dina from the Dina Collection in Beverly Hills. (www.thedinacollection.com).
The free breakfast will feature coffee from Peet’s Coffee & Tea in Westwood and Jack’s Gourmet kosher sausages flown in from New York.
The event is free, but donations will be accepted, which go toward improvements to the station.
