Beverly Hills City Council OK’s Spending $250K For Rent Stabilization

At the end of hours-long public comment, mostly from landlords claiming that they have not been properly represented in the years of meetings leading to the Rent Stabilization Ordinance in Beverly Hills, the City Council approved $250,000 to begin the administration of the ordinance.
