The West Los Angeles Animal Shelter, located at 11361 W. Pico Blvd, LA, Ca, 90064, has hundreds of loveable dogs and cats awaiting foster care or adoption. Each week, the Courier introduces a few great animals that are waiting for their furrever homes.

PUCKY – ID#A1794362 is a neutered male, brown merle Australian Cattle Dog. The shelter thinks he is about 4 years old, he weighs 42 pounds and has been at the shelter since Sept. 2.
ROSCOE – ID#A1804299 is a neutered male, black and tan Silky Terrier who was left at the shelter at 14 years old. This little senior weighs 13 pounds and has been at the shelter since Aug. 12.
ROXY – ID#A1249251 is a spayed female, brown brindle and white American Pit Bull Terrier mix. She is about 8 years old and weighs about 101 pounds. She was left at the shelter Aug. 1. 
SHEBA – ID#A1782431 is a spayed female, gray tabby Domestic Shorthair. She is about 3 years old and has been waiting at the shelter since May 30.
El SEÑOR – ID#A1783808 is a neutered male, orange tabby Domestic Shorthair. His age is unknown, but he has been at the shelter since June 5.
KALIMBA – ID#A1793585 is a spayed female, black and white Domestic Shorthair. She is about 3 years old and came to the shelter on July 8.
