Auto Legend Lee Iacocca Dies In Bel-Air Home At Age 94

Lee Iacocca, the “father of the Ford Mustang” and executive responsible for turning around the Chrysler Corporation in the 1980s, passed away in his Bel-Air home from complications of Parkinson’s Disease. He was 94.

The only son of Italian immigrants, Iacocca began his life in Allentown, Pennsylvania and attended Lehigh University, and shortly after graduation won a Wallace Memorial Fellowship and went to Princeton.
