Temple Emanuel Youth Center Building Sold To Miami-Based Crescent Heights

Temple Emanuel of Beverly Hills, the longstanding Jewish institution, sold one of its buildings, according to a report in The Real Deal.
The Temple Emanuel building – which was most recently used as a school hall and youth center – was sold for $27.4 million to Crescent Heights, a Miami-based real estate developer.
Temple Emanuel Executive Director Matt Davidson confirmed the sale to the Courier.
