Perhaps now more than ever before, exercising is a critical component in practicing self-care. While gyms and fitness studios have been closed for over a month, many of our favorite boutique exercise classes are being taught online now. Getting in a good workout promotes physical and mental well-being while staying at home; nourishing the body, mind and spirit. All you need to get moving ASAP is an internet connection.
